Cetera’s New Employee Resource Group Brings Home Office Staff Together for Civil Rights Reflection
Cetera’s — newest employee resource group – Black Employees and Allies Network (BEAN) – organized a Civil Rights bike ride for Cetera home office staff in Atlanta on September 15, 2021. Nearly 25 employees participated in the event, which provided a welcome perspective on social justice, rich history about the Civil Rights Movement, and a timely reminder about the need for change.
Cetera employees Ken Muraoka and Alice Hill organized the ride, commenting, “The Civil Rights bike ride was the perfect way to launch BEAN with a worthwhile, enlightening and fun event. We look forward to more educational and inspirational activities like this one, and we encourage more Cetera employees to get involved and join BEAN.”
